Wrangler is an 8-year-old Australian Shepherd with a sweet, affectionate nature who bonds deeply with those he trusts.

He loves snuggling, giving soft kisses, and staying close to his family. He is gentle with children and does well with familiar dogs in the home, though he prefers calm companionship over high-energy dog play.


He is being rehomed because he has ongoing anxiety that is triggered by hearing or seeing unfamiliar people or dogs.

His current home borders open space and busy areas, and despite years of training, veterinary support, and environmental adjustments, constant triggers cannot be avoided. He would do best in a calm, quiet environment where he can feel safe and relaxed.



Wrangler knows basic commands such as sit, stay, come, and place. He is fully house-trained and food-motivated, enjoying puzzle feeders and treat toys.

He enjoys playing fetch, relaxing with the family, and lounging outside when he feels safe.



Wrangler is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and his only medical need is support for his anxiety. He has no special dietary requirements.
